We transport/transfer you or your family or group of friends to the destination requested and pre-ordered via our website www.taxiphon.ch
Our driver will have a welcome board with your name clearly printed thereon. They will meet you at arrivals.
We welcome advance payment by credit or debit card. Most major cards are accepted.
We have two 7 seat Mercedes Benz Class VANs. Our VANs are equipped with air-con, DVD player and individual passenger lighting.
We are open 24/7, 365 days of the year. We're not like other companies who advertise this but don't actually do it. You will always get a taxi from us.
We do everything possible to ensure a quick and comfortable trip that gets you where you need to be on time. We monitor traffic, news reports and even flight times to make sure you won't be late.
You can complete your booking online by using the displayed booking form on Taxiphon website. Just choose the date, mention your arrival date, destination points and send us your enquiry.

The transfer prices are always per vehicle and not per person, and the type of vehicle is determined by the number of passengers. Whether you need a minibus, a minivan/shuttle or a regular taxi cab for your transportation needs.
Children until 12 years are not allowed to travel without their parents. Children between 12-18 years must have an authorized statement from their parents. If your transfer requires a child seat, please notify us on time.
The driver will monitor your flight for any minor delays and alter the pickup time from Zurich Airport. For major delays, we recommend getting in contact with your provider before your flight.
